Delivery & Shipping

To ensure your new piece arrives safely, each item is carefully packaged in a sturdy outer box to protect a beautiful magnetic gilted gift box. Your new piece will be found inside resting on a bed of soft wood shavings (as used in the firing). An information card illustrating how it was made and care instructions is also provided.

I offer free shipping on all orders over £150.00. For orders under £150.00, a flat shipping fee of £10.00 applies (UK only).

I am very happy to post your order overseas but please contact me first so I can revert with postage costs.

Returns

I want you to be totally satisfied and over joyed with your Raku pottery. If something is wrong I offer a return policy within 5 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions:

1. Undamaged items: These must be returned and sent back in perfect condition in their original packaging. Please email The Painswick Potter for next steps. On acceptance you will receive a full refund excluding postage costs.

2. Damaged items: If the item has become damaged in transit, please take photos and send these to the Painswick Potter for next steps. On acceptance you will receive a full refund including postage costs.
